Congress is very interested in spouse employment and training...a great way to learn and to grow skills is by volunteering. Given the weight of all these things, we encourage everyone to gain additional skills or keep skills current through volunteer jobs.

The Foundation is based in Washington, DC, and works in communities throughout the United States through a network of over 500 Volunteer Centers. Streetcats Foundation and National Childrens Coalition have created this site as part of YOUTH AND CHILDREN NET in the spirit of the Presidents Summit in Philadelphia in Spring, 1997 to help children and youth all across America.
