Culture of Responsible Choices (CoRC)
The Culture of Responsible Choices (CoRC) is a commanders program and consists of a four-tiered approach with emphasis on leadership, individual, base, and community-level involvement -- underscoring responsible behaviors. To support your CoRC implementation efforts, toolkits from each function are posted here as a resource. They can be tailored to fit your installation needs and local variables.
